After competing abroad, Roberto returned to Costa Rica in 2012. He launched Team CMX aiming to develop professional motocross athletes under international competition standards.
In 2016, he expanded his impact by founding CMX Motorcycle Coaching. This advisory program teaches advanced motorcycle riding techniques across various disciplines. His coaching focuses on technical mastery, practical application, and personal development to ensure continuous improvement for riders of all levels.
By 2020, Roberto launched CMX Racing Shop. He offered professional motorcycle maintenance and customization services. The business specialized in suspension tuning and electronics. Roberto has years of hands-on experience. He has worked on his own race bikes. He provides top-tier performance upgrades for riders looking to enhance their motorcycles.
